ACCOUNT MANAGER

Harris Novum is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to travel in a designated territory, learn new technology and work with a reputable company backed by a knowledgeable team. 

As the Account Manager you will identify the needs of the customer, demonstrate the benefits of the software and present the Harris computers solution portfolio, growing the software footprint as well as enhancing relationships with existing customers.

You will be an inquisitive, self-starter who is interested in finding the best solution to fit the needs of our customers.

What your impact will be:

  • Develop and maintain exceptional customer relationships.
  • Understand their business model as well as their current and future software needs.
  • Develop and execute customer sales and marketing plan.
  • Proactively market and sell the Novum suite of solutions and services
  • Present in-depth software demonstrations
  • Coordinate contract negotiations
  • Plan and execute targeted prospecting activities and events.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of RFP responses from customers
  • Record client info and progress in the sales CRM.
  • Forecast bookings and expenses realistically.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are consistently and sustainably met.
  • Participate actively in national and regional conferences and user group meetings.
  • Conduct business with exceptional standard of ethics.
  • Build relationship with peers and customers.
  • Follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of complex Account Management Experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and new business development
  • Works effectively within a collaborative and cohesive team-based environment
  • Excellent presentation skills virtually and in person
  • Outstanding customer service and organizational skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and to consistently meet assigned deadlines
  • Comfortable with professionally challenging, and discussing money with, prospective customers
